We have just a small airport with only American Airlines available to ship kittens.  They do not allow the shipping of live animals AT ALL during the months of June through September.  The rest of the time, the ground temperature every place the plane lands has to be below 85 degrees.  The kitten will have to have a health certificate from the vet, along with a certificate if acclimation stating the acceptable low and high temperature necessary for the kitten to fly safely.  The preferable way for you to bring home your kitten is for you to fly here for pick up or have me fly to you with the kitten of your choice.  Two siblings can fly together in the same crate for one price if you decide to adopt two.
